Take advantage of the various payment methods available to you at The University of Mary Washington. For your convenience, and real-time results, electronic payments are accepted by credit card or eCheck through EaglePay. Acknowledgement of your electronic payment is emailed upon completion of the payment process. Other options include making in-person or mailing payments. See below for more detail on payment methods.

Admissions Deposits
Incoming freshmen and transfer students are able to pay Admissions and Housing Deposits online by credit card or eCheck.

Student Tuition
- Student tuition payments are made through EaglePay for real-time account update.
In-Person or Mailing Options
If you prefer a manual method, payments are accepted in the form of cash, check, money order or cashier’s check for:

- Outside Scholarships
- Meal Plan Fees
- Study Abroad Fees
- Parking Decals and Parking Tickets

EagleOne Card
The EagleOne Card is also an option for incidental charges (Convenience Fee may apply). The EagleOne Card is the official identification card of University of Mary Washington. It is issued to all members of the University Community and is required identification for all students to access essential campus services. Your EagleOne Card also offers a convenient EagleOne account for making purchases on and around campus.
