  • Sound Needs

    Any sound or music files to be played before, during, and/or after your event must be submitted 45 minutes before the start time to the Dodd Auditorium Sound Technician. Only MP3 formatted files on CD or Thumbdrive will be accepted. (NO CELL PHONES)
  • Microphones

  • Used for Lectures only.
  • Lighting/Projection Needs:

    How do you want your stage to look.
  • ^BOV chairs need to be requested by the sponsoring organization through a work order to Facility Services.
  • Any Items that are brought in for the event, must arrive on the day of event and must be removed after the event is over.
