Visit the EagleOne Online Card office

By simply depositing $25 or more, an EagleOne account can be activated.
Deposits are accepted in the forms of: Cash, Check, Visa or Master Card.For students planning to use EagleOne Dollars for semester book purchases, the University suggests depositing around $675.00 into your EagleOne account. And, those students planning to use EagleOne Dollars for additional eating and other incidental purchases such as laundry, printing, and copying or for use at the University Post Office, will want to consider an initial deposit of approximately $100.

Make deposits in real time!

Our services have expanded to include new features that will now allow students to view account balances online, review EagleOne transaction history, and deposit funds online in real-time! Please visit the EagleOne Online Card office, students will need their Active Directory username and password to log in. Guests wishing to deposit funds to a student’s account will need provide the student’s first and last name as well as their University of Mary Washington Email address.

**eAccounts mobile application is now available for free download in the Apple App Store.

UMW Employee Payroll Deduction

To sign up, print & complete FORM and send to Payroll, 4th Floor, Eagle Landing.  The minimum is only $10 per pay period and you may withdraw from the plan at any time.  As an added bonus, in appreciation for signing up, you will receive a punch card redeemable for one free meal per month at Seacobeck Dining Hall.
