eCommerce Site Request

This form is used to request a new or revise an existing eCommerce site. Upon completion of this form, TESS or Accounting may contact you to obtain further information. FOAP information must be approved by Finance prior to the activation, reactivation or edit to a new or existing eCommerce site.

eCommerce Request Timeline Requirements

eCommerce requests require the following lead time for development, evaluation and proper FOAP determination

  • New Site – Submit request 1 month prior to site activation date.
  • Reactivation of a Previously Active Site – Submit request 2 weeks prior to site activation date.
  • Revision to an Existing Site – Submit request as soon as possible for evaluation and approval
