  • Administering compensation management practices and decision-making procedures that ensure internal and external equity, transparency and sensitivity to market conditions.
  • Promoting desirable features of the University’s employment and emphasizing total compensation for recruitment and retention.
  • Administering salaries, counter/competitive offers, position reviews, overtime issues (FLSA), pay adjustments.

Human Resources provides consultation to management with compensation information, tools and training necessary to support our mission as an institution of higher education.
