The University of Mary Washington is conducting a compensation analysis for classified staff positions throughout the institution. The goals of the study are to:
- Measure the University’s compensation market position;
- Identify pay structures, policies, and guidelines to facilitate internally equitable and market competitive compensation for classified staff; and
- Work collaboratively with an employee advisory committee throughout the process.
The 2017 Compensation Study was launched on March 2, 2017 with a Briefing for Supervisors & Classified Staff.
