UMW Supervisors have a wealth of knowledge and experience that can often be helpful to their colleagues and fellow supervisors. Through this informal program, supervisors can volunteer to be a mentor for new UMW supervisors and/or volunteer to lead discussion groups or training on various supervisory and leadership topics.

If you are a supervisor who has expertise or strong interest in any of the below topics, volunteer to be a discussion leader at an upcoming brown bag session. Topics include:

- Enhancing Employee Performance (teambuilding, motivation, managing processes)
- HR Policy and the Law
