Charles Coleman Service Award

Charles Coleman was an employee of 29 years who demonstrated pride, dedication, and loyalty throughout his many years of service. This award was established in honor of his dedication and exemplary service.

Who is eligible?

All classified and hourly employees with at least 5 years of continuous employment are eligible for the award.

Selection Criteria:

Those who are nominated must have:

  • Demonstrated immense loyalty and dedication to the University;
  • Displayed of care and concern for others; and
  • Always maintained a positive “can do” attitude regarding assigned duties and responsibilities.

Recognition:

Personalized plaque and a $400 cash award

Selection Process:

Supervisors should complete the nomination form below.  Cabinet Vice Presidents will approve finalists for their area. Finalists will then be reviewed and selected by a committee consisting of Coleman award winners from the previous three years.

Nomination Process:

To nominate a colleague use the on-line nomination form .   All forms should be submitted by 5 p.m. on Thursday, April 17, 2014.
