Administrative and Professional Faculty Performance Planning and Appraisal System Policy
It is the policy of the University to provide an effective means for managing the work, performance and development of administrative and professional faculty (A/P faculty). The annual performance cycle is June 25 through June 24 of the following year.
2013-2014 A/P Faculty Evaluations
A/P Faculty Evaluations for the 2013-2014 cycle are to be completed and submitted to the Office of Human Resources no later than June 10, 2014. Each employee’s 2013-14 A/P Faculty Work Plan and Appraisal Form will be used to complete this evaluation. Training on the A/P Faculty evaluation process will be held on April 30 at 1:00pm. The location will be announced soon.
Note: The current planning and evaluation form is being retired at the end of this evaluation cycle.
2014-2015 A/P Faculty Work Plans (NEW ON-LINE FORM in Careers)
The 2014-2015 Work Plan will be completed in the new Careers system, scheduled to GO-LIVE the week of May 27, 2014. Instructions for completing the new work plan, including the deadline, will be provided upon implementation of the new Careers system.
