Where a wage employee is being recruited, candidates may not be contacted until the completed screening sheet, interview questions and search committee members have been submitted via email to email@example.com and approved.
Interview questions need to be submitted via firstname.lastname@example.org and approved by HR prior to any interviews being conducted. Sample interview questions can be found at: http://publications.umw.edu/supervisorhandbook/the-recruitment-and-hiring-process/the-interviewing-process/sample-interview-questions/ (use your UMW login and password to enter). All candidates interviewed must be asked the same questions.
Please include the following two questions: 1) “Have you read the Employee Work Profile (EWP)” and 2) “Are you able to perform the duties with or without reasonable accommodation?” (Please refer to Appendix A)
Upon HR approval, committees may schedule interviews with top candidates. At least three on campus interviews are recommended for each search process. If less than three candidates are being referred or accept interviews, please contact HR for further guidance. Submit to email@example.com the dates the interviews are to be scheduled.
