The University offers a tuition assistance program, which allows non-instructional faculty and staff to complete credit and noncredit courses. An employee must have been continuously employed by the University for a minimum of one year prior to being eligible to receive tuition assistance and must remain employed during the term of the course. Part-time employees must work a minimum average of 24 hours per week. In order to be eligible for tuition assistance, an employee must have a job-performance rating of at least “contributor”.
