Want to win a FitBit Flex wireless wrist band? For the month of November keep track of every workout (fitness center/gym, walking, running, etc.) that you do here on your Lunch Break (days off, weekends, Thanksgiving break days do NOT count).

Log your total number of lunchtime workouts  by 5:00 November 30. The Employee with the most workouts will win a FitBit Flex! In the event of a tie a drawing will be held. The winner will be announced on December 1. (Note: The FitBit Flex is taxable and valued at $79.99.)
