Welcome to the UMW Supplier Expo page!


If you are a vendor currently on contract with UMW/VASCUPP, or locally based in the Fredericksburg area, sign up for our 2018 Supplier Expo today!


This event is open to public bodies and other organizations within Fredericksburg and surrounding communities – we want our suppliers to excel and make lasting connections with UMW as well as other organizations across the Commonwealth. Please come by and meet some outstanding businesses that want to work with you; enjoy snacks and other goodies from suppliers that are sure to help your organization’s mission.

Interested businesses may complete the registration form below. Registration is $50/table, and checks may be made payable to the UNIVERSITY OF MARY WASHINGTON. At this time we are only able to accept payment via check. If you are a food/beverage vendor, your registration fee may be waived if you provide goods from your business. Bringing a door prize, product raffle, or other promotional item/service is welcomed, so please let us know in the Additional Comments section if you plan to do so.

*If you’re a vendor interested in registering but not local or on contract, we will be opening registration to all interested vendors January 1, 2018. If you complete a registration prior to that date, we will hold your submission in queue and contact you once the hold is released.*
