 eVA – Virginia’s eProcurement Portal

The University of Mary Washington is mandated by the Commonwealth of Virginia to accomplish its procurement transactions by employing the eVA electronic procurement system to ensure transparency in spend reporting to the public. In order to comply, the University requires University Procurement suppliers to register with eVA.  See the eVA New Registration guides and tutorials for assistance.  The University will not award a term contract to an eVA un-registered vendor.

Suppliers can visit the Virginia Business Opportunities page for information on solicitation opportunities with UMW and other state agencies.  eVA provides several video tutorials and resource guides on a variety of eVA features to help grow you business opportunities with the Commonwealth of Virginia.
