FOAPAL Information

When placing orders against multiple FOAPALs, please keep the following in mind:

  • If the total cost of your order should be split between two FOAPALs, please indicate here how the charge is to be split (e.g., split 50/50).
  • If individual items are to be charged to different FOAPALs, please submit one form per FOAPAL.
