In order to comply with the mandate, we encourage all vendors to eVA register. By law, the University cannot contract with an un-eVA registered vendor.

The Rappahannock Region Small Business Development Center provides assistance with Research, Management Training and Management Counseling. The RRSBDC also provides free one on one counseling for vendors with questions about eVA.
