Below is a list of individuals that President Troy D. Paino has authorized to sign certain Administration and Finance forms, such as the Business Meal Form, for their respective administrative areas.  This identified designee may sign forms where the signature of the \u201cPresident or designee<\/strong><\/span>\u201d is required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Troy D. Paino<\/strong>, as President (Agency Head) of University of Mary Washington, gives the following individual(s) the authority to sign for the President (Agency Head) in his absence for fields on forms that specifically require the President\u2019s signature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Jeffrey McClurken (PRESIDENT\u2019S CABINET MEMBER)<\/strong>, Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategy, and<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jacob Long (PRESIDENT\u2019S CABINET MEMBER), <\/strong>Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Troy D. Paino<\/strong>, President, gives the following individuals the authority to sign as a designated signer on his behalf for their respective administrative areas for fields on forms that require the signature of the President or designee<\/strong>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Jeffrey McClurken (PRESIDENT\u2019S CABINET MEMBER<\/strong>), Chief of Staff and Vice President of Strategy, further designates authority to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jonathan Piersol<\/strong>, Chief Information Officer, to sign for Information Technologies<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Jacob Long (PRESIDENT\u2019S CABINET MEMBER), <\/strong>Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer, further designates signing authority to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Julie Smith<\/strong>, Associate Vice President for Finance and Controller, to sign for Administration and Finance, and can sign any Administration and Finance Forms for the President\u2019s Cabinet Members<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mr. Scott H. Harris<\/strong>, Executive Director of University Museums, to sign for the James Monroe Museum and Memorial Library and the Gari Melchers Home and Studio<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Michael Hubbard<\/strong>, Campus Director of the UMW Dahlgren Campus Center for Education and Research, to sign for the Dahlgren Campus<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dr. Peter Kelly<\/strong>, Dean of the College of Education, to sign for the College of Education<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ms. Melissa Jones, <\/strong>Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, to sign for Student Activities and Engagement, Campus Recreation and New Student Programs, as well as students\u2019 travel and students\u2019 business meals that are funded by Student Activities, and further designates signing authority to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
