Copy Center Closed Through April 21

Following the water line break that affected several offices in Lee Hall, the UMW Copy Center will undergo final stages of restoration April 19 – April 21. The Copy Center will be closed during this time. The center will re-open with limited services on Monday, April 24 at 8 a.m., with full services available on Tuesday, April 25. Textbook Adoption Dates On time adoptions mean more used books available for students AND more money in students’ pockets through buyback. Please submit textbook/course material adoptions to the UMW Bookstore by the due dates so that the store can maximize payment to students for books they wish to sell. There is a $1,500* Pepsi Textbook Scholarship fund for students, offered to the first department to reach 100% on-time adoption rate. *In the event of a tie, funds will be divided. The UMW Book Club will meet on Wednesday, April 19, from noon to 1 p.m. in Lee Hall, room 414. Copy Center Operations Disruption

Due to extensive water damage, operations at the Copy Center will be disrupted for several days. While the Copy Center's office location is currently closed, most services are available during temporary operating hours, which are 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Staff may be reached during these times at, or x1935. Information regarding existing and new Copy Center orders are as follows: Jobs submitted on or before 4/7/17: Black and white copy jobs will be ready 4/11/17. All other jobs (color, laminate, binding, etc.) will be ready by Wednesday, 4/12/17. Jobs labeled for pick up may be picked up in the EagleOne Card Center in Lee Hall 110. Jobs being submitted 4/7/17 and after: Please anticipate the possibility of an additional 2-3 business days for processing, depending on the job type.
