    Unfortunately, I have been very unhappy with the bookstore. Their customer service stinks, everything is majorly overpriced, and they are not good at problem solving.
    EagleOne Card Office has good customer service.
    Parking Management sends too many emails about changes. They need to try to keep parking rules the same.
