Your EagleOne is the One Card you need!

EagleOne is not only your student ID card, it is your library card, building access, and the card you swipe for your meal plan.  Don’t forget that there is an optional stored value account on your EagleOne.  This account is convenient, accepted at most locations on campus, and has no transaction fees for deposits.  *EagleOne is not intended as a payment method for tuition.  Payments with your EagleOne to the Cashier’s office over $250.00 will incur a fee.

Your stored value account is an optional independent monetary account separate from your meal plan or flex money.  Deposits to the EagleOne account can be made online or at the EagleOne Card Center.  Your EagleOne money is accepted at many places on and off campus and can be used at the UMW Bookstore, at the Student Health Center, tickets at the Klein Theater, for vending machines on campus, even at several local businesses.  Check out our Off-Campus Locations*Meal plans and Flex money are accounts that are purchased through the Office of Residence Life.  The EagleOne Card Center cannot make deposits or transfers to or from these accounts.

Your EagleOne Stored Value Account is a completely optional spending account.  It is important to consider several factors when deciding to use the EagleOne account.  Will you be living on campus and using the laundry facilities and printers?  Will you be using your EagleOne to buy books and supplies at the UMW bookstore?  Will you have a meal plan?

Suggested Deposit Amounts:

$50.00 to $100.00 deposit per semester for “Just the basics”. (Laundry, Printing, Snacks and Incidentals on Campus)

$500.00 to $700.00 deposit per semester to buy textbooks and supplies at the UMW Bookstore.  (Excludes Online Rentals and Stafford Campus Textbooks)

Additional Information:

The above deposit value suggestions are recommendations based on the average cost of certain goods and services.  Your deposit amounts will vary based on spending patterns, preferences, and textbook and supply requirements.

EagleOne deposits online are only with a VISA or MasterCard and must be a minimum of $10.00.

EagleOne online deposits can be made at anytime.  All funds deposited onto the EagleOne Card will roll over from semester to semester and year to year.  Check your balance or add funds at the Online Card Office.  Withdrawals cannot be made from the EagleOne Stored Value Account except for reasons of graduation, transfer, and withdrawal from the University.

According to the Federal Right to Privacy Act, the EagleOne Card Center is not allowed to disclose account information to third parties without the account holder’s consent.  Students may access their account information online, by email, or in person at the EagleOne Card Center.  For complete Terms and Conditions.
