While at the beginning of the recruitment process, searching for and selecting a new employee may be a daunting task, this process is also a great time to assess the position description, and skills desired for your open position, so you find the best possible candidate who meets the needs of the position and your department.<\/p>\n

In this section you will find information on the various steps in the recruitment process. With any recruitment at UMW, the Recruitment Manager is there to help you every step of the way.\u00a0 She, and other staff in the Office of Human Resources are here to help guide you through the process and provide you with the tools you need to successfully recruit and fill existing positions as well as hire temporary employees.
