UMW Procurement Services presents the 2020 Supplier Expo!


Save the date! UMW Procurement Services is hosting it’s 5th Annual Supplier Expo on Tuesday March 3, 2020! Registration information will be available in the next few weeks.

NEW in 2020!

Join eVA experts, UMW’s Economic Development partners, and UMW Contract Officers for a brief 30-minute information session “Doing Business with State Agencies” prior to the opening of the Supplier Expo. Listen to informative topics about how best to do business with Higher Education, State Agencies, and Local Government as well as learning about further educational opportunities offered by the UMW Small Business Development Center.

Since 2016, UMW’s Procurement Services Department has hosted an annual Supplier Expo in March. This event is an opportunity for both buyers and vendors from UMW and other agencies to strengthen existing relationships and make new contacts for a varied group of goods and services. Start marking your calendars early to be on the lookout for information regarding the next Supplier Expo in 2020. Registration for the 2020 event is not active at this time.

Registration is not required for attendees – all we ask is that you enjoy yourself and make a great new connection or two! We heard your feedback! Registration fees can now be paid online via credit card. Each reservation space comes with a 6-ft table, which can be removed if necessary. Please keep in mind that spaces with access to electrical outlets are limited, and will sell out quickly.
