for the Annual UMW Procurement Services Supplier Expo!
Since 2016, UMW’s Procurement Services Department has hosted an annual Supplier Expo in March. This event is an opportunity for both buyers and vendors from UMW and other agencies to strengthen existing relationships and make new contacts for a varied group of goods and services. Mark your calendars for March 3 and be on the lookout for information regarding the 2020 Supplier Expo. Registration opens in early January!
New this year, CHOOSE YOUR OWN SPACE!
This event is open to buyers across campus, as well as buyers from other localities and state agencies. Registration is not required for attendees – all we ask is that you enjoy yourself and make a great new connection or two! Check back often to find updates on registered vendors, sneak peaks on door prizes, and more.
YOU’VE ASKED AND WE’VE LISTENED!!
Registration fees and table selection can now be made and paid for online via credit card. Each space comes with a 6-ft table and two chairs, which can be removed if necessary. Spaces with electrical outlets and “prime” spaces are limited, and will sell out quickly.

Join eVA experts, UMW’s Economic Development partners, and UMW Contract Officers for a brief 30-minute information session “Doing Business with State Agencies” prior to the opening of the Supplier Expo. Listen to informative topics about how best to do business with Higher Education, State Agencies, and Local Government as well as learning about further educational opportunities offered by the UMW Small Business Development Center.
