The training is available in UMW Global and needs to be completed by April 1, 2016. The annual SPCC/GOLD training is required for all Cardholders and Approvers: SPCC Training Step-by-Step Guide. To access the training in UMW Global: 1. Go to http://covkc.virginia.gov/umw 2. Enter "UMW SPCC" in the search field at the top right hand of the homepage 3.
