Welcome to Procurement Services’ page for the annual UMW Supplier Expo! This event is an opportunity for both buyers and vendors to strengthen preexisting connections, and to make new contacts for an array of goods and services. Speak with a range of businesses that can assist your departmental needs, or put a face to an email often in your inbox, all while taking advantage of this opportunity to network with motivated and professional businesses.



This event is open to buyers across campus, as well as buyers from other localities and state agencies. Registration is not required for attendees – all we ask is that you enjoy yourself and make a great new connection or two! We heard your feedback! Registration fees can now be paid online via credit card or electronic check. Each reservation comes with a 6-ft table, which can be removed if necessary. Please keep in mind that spaces with access to electrical outlets are limited, and will sell out quickly.
