Checks will be mailed via USPS to the student’s home address, unless the student has signed up for direct deposit. Direct deposits will be processed through normal banking channels.<\/p><p>Students can sign up for direct deposit using the instructions at the bottom of the <a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/studentaccounts\/\">Office of Student Accounts webpage<\/a>. Bills can be viewed and paid within <a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/studentaccounts\/eaglepay\/\">EaglePAY<\/a>.  In addition, students are expected to have all additional charges resolved by the established Non-payment Notification and Registration Cancellation Dates below.<\/p><p>Any student with a current balance due <strong>greater than $1,000.00<\/strong> and not enrolled in a University Installment Payment Plan before the cancellation dates will be administratively canceled from classes.  Those students with on-campus housing will have their housing assignment and meal plan canceled.<\/p><p><strong>Note:  <\/strong>Once an administrative cancellation for non-payment occurs, payment is not guaranteed to secure the same classes or housing assignments.  Students who Your student account balance must be paid in full by the last installment of the term.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Students can have <strong>only one active payment plan at a time during a semester<\/strong>. Even if a student has more than one authorized user, the student may only have one payment plan for a payment plan period.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this time, we cannot change the payment date from the 5<sup>th<\/sup>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once you sign up for a payment plan, you will continue to receive a bill each time one is generated until the point that the account balance is paid in full.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If you need to reach Nelnet Business Solutions, you can do so by calling (888) 470-6014.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"umw-collapsible-section umw-custom-block\"><div class=\"accordion__question\" data-js-question=\"true\"><button class=\"accordion__question__trigger\" data-js-trigger=\"true\">Phases<\/button><div class=\"accordion__question__answer\">\n<p>The payment plan is separated into two phases: Budgeted and Actual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Budgeted phase<\/strong> occurs when the plan is created prior to all the actual charges being placed on the account. During the budgeted phase, all payments are based on the numbers entered during sign-up. You are able to make adjustments during this phase. Payments are automatically taken on the 5<sup>th<\/sup> of the month.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Actual phase<\/strong> occurs after charges are placed on the account. During this phase, your plan will automatically rebalance if there are any discrepancies between your budgeted amount and the charges you were billed for. You will be notified ahead of time of this rebalancing so you can make sure funds are available.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-actual-phase-timeline\">Actual Phase Timeline<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><strong>Timeline<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Notification<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td rowspan=\"2\"><strong>15 Days Before<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Re-balance Notification (If applicable)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>An email will be generated notifying you that a re-balance may occur in five days.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td rowspan=\"2\"><strong>10 Days Before<\/strong><\/td><td><strong>Re-balance Activity (If applicable)<\/strong><\/td><\/tr><tr><td>If your estimated budget does not match the actual charges on your student account, the remaining payments will be adjusted.
