High level overviews of each method of payment are provided below. For more detailed information about these methods of payment, please refer to the links on the left-hand menu bar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:0px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"umw-collapsible-section umw-custom-block\"><div class=\"accordion__question\" data-js-question=\"true\"><button class=\"accordion__question__trigger\" data-js-trigger=\"true\">EaglePAY<\/button><div class=\"accordion__question__answer\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/studentaccounts\/eaglepay\/\">EaglePAY<\/a> is UMW&#8217;s electronic billing system that allows students and Authorized Payers to view\/ print billing statements and make online payments. Users may set up a payment plan via EaglePAY or make one-time payments using a credit card or ACH.<strong> Credit card and debit card payments incur a&nbsp;2.85% service fee.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"umw-collapsible-section umw-custom-block\"><div class=\"accordion__question\" data-js-question=\"true\"><button class=\"accordion__question__trigger\" data-js-trigger=\"true\">Payment Plan<\/button><div class=\"accordion__question__answer\">\n<p>For a small enrollment fee, UMW offers a <a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/studentaccounts\/methods-of-payment\/payment-plan-information\/\">payment plan<\/a> each semester which allows you to pay your outstanding balance in monthly installments. <\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group is-vertical is-layout-flex wp-container-core-group-is-layout-8cf370e7 wp-block-group-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"umw-collapsible-section umw-custom-block\"><div class=\"accordion__question\" data-js-question=\"true\"><button class=\"accordion__question__trigger\" data-js-trigger=\"true\">Financial Aid<\/button><div class=\"accordion__question__answer\">\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.umw.edu\/financialaid\/\">Financial Aid<\/a> awards not included on your billing statement may be deducted from the bill balance, provided the student\u2019s financial awards have been accepted and verified. Financial Aid recipients who are not planning to attend must contact the&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/financialaid\/\">Office of Financial Aid<\/a>&nbsp;and the&nbsp;<a href=\"http:\/\/academics.umw.edu\/registrar\/\">Office of the Registrar&nbsp;<\/a>prior to the first day of classes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-view-financial-aid-package\">View Financial Aid Package<\/h5>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Go to umw.edu\/in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Click on the&nbsp;Banner box&nbsp;\ud83e\udc6a Click Banner SSB, and sign in<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u2018Student and Financial Aid\u2019 then \u2018Financial Aid\u2019<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Select \u2018Offer\u2019 from the top menu&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Please note: <\/strong>All initial financial aid packages are based on full-time enrollment. Enrollment is reviewed after the add-drop period each semester. Based on enrollment, the Office of Financial Aid will determine whether or not changes will be made to student Financial Aid awards<em>.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For more Financial Aid information, click on the link below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/financialaid\">Office of Financial Aid<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"umw-collapsible-section umw-custom-block\"><div class=\"accordion__question\" data-js-question=\"true\"><button class=\"accordion__question__trigger\" data-js-trigger=\"true\">Tuition Assistance\/Third-Party Billing<\/button><div class=\"accordion__question__answer\">\n<p>Students planning to utilize employee, military, or rehabilitative tuition assistance programs to fund their educational expenses must forward all tuition assistance forms to <a href=\"https:\/\/adminfinance.umw.edu\/studentaccounts\/contact-us\/\">Student Accounts<\/a>. Forms received after the last day of the semester will not be honored, nor will the third party be billed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If tuition assistance forms cover the balance, no payment is required. If tuition assistance forms do not cover the balance,&nbsp;payment for any balance not covered must be paid on or before the due date indicated on the bill.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Tuition assistance forms must be received before<\/strong> the bill due date to<strong> avoid account holds and late fees.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Students are financially responsible for all tuition and fee charges should funding requests not be approved or paid by third parties by the invoiced due date.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-additional-resources\">Additional Resources<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The links below regarding military and veterans&#8217; education benefits are provided for informational purposes only.
