Welcome! Your Cashier’s office is located in the Lee Hall Student Services Center

The Cashier’s Office is open Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. to receive payments from the entire University of Mary Washington community, including the Gari Melcher’s Home and Studio and the James Monroe Museum and Memorial Library. A locked drop box is available on either side of the Student Services suite to deposit payments outside of operating hours.

Student tuition payments should be made through EaglePay or mailed to the Lockbox Processing Center.

Direct payments accepted in the Cashier’s Office by Cash, Check, Cashier’s Check or Money Order include:

• Student Tuition Payments
• Outside Scholarships and Loan Sources
• Meal Plan Fees
• Study Abroad Fees
• Parking Decals and Parking Tickets
• Other Miscellaneous Fees or Fines

EagleOne is also an option for incidental charges (Convenience Fee may apply). Please refer to the EagleOne Payments link for additional information.
