Technical Requirements
Sound Needs
Any sound or music files to be played before, during, and/or after your event must be submitted 45 minutes before the start time to the Dodd Auditorium Sound Technician. Only MP3 formatted files on CD or Thumbdrive will be accepted. (NO CELL PHONES)

This service is provided by the Events AV Office (x1199) and is defined as a Single Camera, audio/video, recording of your event for Archival purposes.
