eCommerce Reconciliation
Monthly event reconciliation is mandatory for each active site and must be completed by the 10th of the following month. eCommerce site reconciliations are reviewed by the Assistant Controller for TCSS.
Reconciliations must be retained for 3 fiscal years from the most recent file. These documents are subject to internal audit, external audit, and/or public review.
