    Document detailing a timeline of how the event will proceed for the Webcasting and Video Recording Staff to accurately record or broadcast the event. Accepted file formats are .pdf or .doc.

  • Services Selection and Event Requirements

    Selection of Services Provided by the Events AV Office
  • Event Video Capture (Recording) is defined as a Single Camera shot recording of your event for archival purposes. Event Video Web-Broadcast (“Live Video Stream”) is a live audio/video broadcast of your Event to the UMW Events Stretch Internet Portal. **If it is desired that you would like to have your event Video Captured AND Web-Broadcasted, please be sure to select both options. Web-Broadcasts are limited to specific venues on campus that are equipped with hard-wired internet access.**
