Custom Merchandise Approval Form

UMW community members, including faculty, staff, departments, student organizations, and clubs, who wish to create merchandise for the purpose of internal use, retail, or fundraising should fill out the Custom Merchandise Approval Form with details of your intended purchase. Be sure to answer as many questions as you are able to. Your response will be reviewed and you will be notified within the next ten (10) business days if the merchandise is approved.
