Bookstore Textbook Adoption Dates Course Materials Adoption for fall 2018 are due April 20, 2018. On time adoptions mean more used books available for students AND more money in students’ pockets through buyback. On time adoptions also mean more materials are available before the start of classes. Please submit textbook/course material adoptions to the UMW Bookstore by the due date so that the store can maximize payment to students for books they wish to sell, and increase the ability to fulfill students' orders before the start of class. There is a $2,500* Pepsi Textbook Scholarship fund for students, offered to the first department to reach 100% on-time adoption rate. *In the event of a tie, funds will be divided Faculty Regalia Rental Oak Hall is the regalia provider for the University of Mary Washington. Faculty and Staff may rent or purchase academic regalia from the leading custom regalia manufacturer in the country. Spring Break Hours

During Spring Break, several offices will have temporary closings. Bookstore: The Bookstore will be open 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. from Monday-Wednesday, 3/5-3/7. It will be closed for inventory the remainder of the week, and will resume regular hours Monday, 3/12. Copy Center: The Copy Center will be closed from 9:45 a.m. - 1:15 p.m. EagleOne: The EagleOne card office will be closed on Wednesday, 3/7. If assistance with building access is needed during this time, please contact the UMW Police at (540) 654-1025. Post Office: The Post Office will remain open, but the on-campus morning mail run will be early. The mail services will be between 8:15 to 9:45 a.m. in the following buildings: Woodard, Mercer, Monroe, Lee, Trinkle, Marye, Brent, GW, Combs, Tyler, Fairfax and Hamlet.  If an additional mail pick-up is needed in the afternoon, please contact the UMW Post Office at (540) 654-1049.  All afternoon runs will be on the normal schedule.
