IRS 1095 forms for 2020 required under the Affordable Care Act (ACA) were mailed to health plan participants the week of January 25, 2021.The U.S. Postal Service sends undeliverable 1095 forms to the Benefits Administrator who will contact affected individuals for a correct mailing address.
