  • Administering salaries, counter/competitive offers, position reviews, overtime issues (FLSA), pay adjustments.

UMW actively seeks to attract, hire and retain an accomplished, diverse workforce supporting a multitude of programs engaging faculty, A/P faculty, classified, wage and contracted part-time employees.  Human Resources provides consultation to managers and supervisors, recognizing that compensation plays a critical role in this process.  This site provides information to assist managers in understanding pay practices and position classifications in support of their requests and needs.
