Starting on September 10, 2017, new Supervisors will be invited to attend New Supervisor On-boarding. These sessions will take place on the 10th of each month If the 10th of the month falls on a weekend, the training will be held on the following Monday.
New Supervisor On-boarding will be required for all new supervisors and will include information on:

- Managing Employees’ Leave Benefits,
- Getting the right talent for your position,
- On-boarding an Employee for Success,
- Compensation,
- Position Management,
- Safety in the Workplace,
- Budget Responsibilities,
- Reporting Requirement,
- And more.
