Learn more about the EagleOne Card

All members of the University Community can obtain an EagleOne Card, including students.  EagleOne is the official identification card of University of Mary Washington.

How to Get an EagleOne Card

Come to the card office M-F 8AM-5PM, Lee Hall Room 110.  Receiving an EagleOne Card requires valid, government issued photo ID.  Only enrolled students are eligible for Student IDs.  The office does not accept photos of IDs, only physical photo IDs are accepted. The card office issues students their first ID at no cost. The ID is valid throughout your entire academic career at the University of Mary Washington.  A Card Replacement can be made, however, terms and conditions apply.

Your EagleOne card helps identify students and employees as part of the UMW community and grants you access to various locations around campus.

Meal Plans

Your EagleOne Card is your access to your Meal Plan & Flex Dollars.  **EagleOne does not accept payment for meal plans and Flex accounts.  Students can purchase and organize Meal plans and Flex accounts through their housing and dining contract.  If you have questions about your meal plan please refer to the following page: Meal Plan Information.

EagleOne Debit Account

You can make cashless purchases for services at campus locations and at off campus businesses.  To make a deposit, please visit our Online Card Office or in person at the EagleOne Card Center. Also, log into the deposit portal to find account balance and meal usage information.  Please note that EagleOne is not a payment option for tuition, but is an option at the Cashier’s office for incidental fees.  A convenience fee may apply at the Cashier’s office.  You cannot withdraw funds from the EagleOne Card and it does not connect to a bank account.  Refunds are only given upon graduation, transfer, or withdrawal from the University.
