Many places around campus accept EagleOne as a payment method, including: the UMW Bookstore, Vending, the UMW Copy Center, Dining, and several Off-Campus Merchants.*

An EagleOne Stored Value Account will be established and linked to each ID card prior to receiving it. The EagleOne card is able to receive guest contributions to students’ EagleOne Stored Value Accounts.**  Access to a students’ individual account is restricted to the student.  EagleOne cannot give out account information over the phone or to a third party or third party email.

*You cannot use EagleOne for the purchase of age restricted products.

**EagleOne does not accept payment for meal plans and Flex accounts.  The Office of Residence Life organizes  Meal plans and Flex money .

Making a Deposit

EagleOne accepts deposits in the form of VISA and MasterCard in the Online Card Office, over the phone, or in person in the Card Office.  There is a minimum $10.00 deposit for credit cards.  EagleOne does not charge any fees for deposits made with a credit card.

Money deposited into the EagleOne account will stay in the student’s account until graduation.  You cannot withdraw funds from the EagleOne Stored Value Account.  EagleOne only gives refunds for reasons of Graduation, Transfer, or Withdrawal from the institution.

For Incidentals

EagleOne is not a payment option for tuition and fees.  The Cashier’s office accepts EagleOne as payment for incidentals, but a convenience fee will apply to some charges.
