Fast Facts for Guests
Many places around campus accept EagleOne as a payment method. Including the UMW Bookstore, Vending, the UMW Copy Center, Dining, and several Off-Campus Merchants.* An EagleOne Stored Value Account has already been established and linked to the ID card prior to receiving it. The EagleOne card does allow guest contributions to students’ EagleOne Stored Value Accounts.** Access to a students’ individual account is restricted to the student. EagleOne cannot give out account information over the phone or to a third party or third party email.
*EagleOne cannot be used for the purchase of age restricted products.
**EagleOne does not accept payment for meal plans and Flex accounts. Meal plans and Flex money are organized through the Offices of Residence Life.
Making a Deposit
EagleOne accepts deposits in the form of VISA and MasterCard in the Online Card Office, over the phone, or in person in the Card Office. There is a minimum $10.00 deposit for credit cards. EagleOne does not charge any fees for deposits made with a credit card. Deposit with check in person or through snail mail: ATTN: EagleOne Card Center, University of Mary Washington, 1301 College Avenue, Fredericksburg, VA 22401. To make a cash deposit, please come in person to the EagleOne Card Office. **Please do not send cash through the mail.** If you have any questions please feel free to call, email, or to stop by the Card Office Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. Money deposited into the EagleOne account will stay in the student’s account until graduation. Funds cannot be withdrawn from the EagleOne account. EagleOne deposits will be refunded only for reasons of Graduation, Transfer, or Withdrawal from the institution.
EagleOne is not intended as a payment option for tuition and fees. EagleOne may be used at the Cashier’s office for incidentals, but a convenience fee will apply to some charges.
