Online Photo Submissions

New students will receive an automated invite to their UMW email address to submit a photo online. Please check for an email from sent.from.customer@onlinephotosubmission.com. Then, you will receive a follow-up email stating if your submission has been approved or denied. Once your photo has been approved, you can pick up your card at our office in Lee 110. If you did not receive the invite, please contact the EagleOne Card Center.

Photo Requirements

All photos submitted for use on the UMW EagleOne card must adhere the following requirements. Photos that do not meet these requirements will not be accepted.

Photo Submission Guidelines:

  • The student must be the only person or object in the photo.
  • The photo must have a solid, plain background.
  • The subject must face forward, looking directly at the camera.
  • The image should include the full face, from the top of the head to the bottom of the chin, ending at the shoulders, and should fill the frame.
  • Hats or head coverings are permitted for documented religious purposes only and must not obscure facial features.
  • Photos must be in color.
  • Photos must have been taken within the last 12 months.
  • Passport-style photos are preferred

Photos will not be accepted if they include:

  • Sunglasses or inappropriate expressions/gestures
  • Graduation caps, gowns, or costumes
  • Filters or altered images

Pick-Up Instructions

All EagleOne cards must be picked-up in person at our office, located in Lee Hall Room 110. After you submit a photo and receive an approval email, you can come by the EagleOne Card Center to get your physical card. A valid, government issued photo id must be presented to EagleOne Card Center staff at the time of pick-up. A picture of an ID will not be accepted.

Accepted forms of ID include:

  • U.S. Driver’s License or photo ID issued by the DMV
  • U.S. Permanent Resident Card
  • U.S. Green Card
  • U.S, Department of Homeland Security Card
  • U.S. Military Card
  • Passport Book

EagleOne Hours
