Spring Semester 2021:
New students are encouraged to UPLOAD a photo asap for the EagleOne campus ID card. Cards will be printed in advance and be available at move-in (for residential students) or the first week of classes (for commuting students). If you encounter difficulty uploading your photo please email your photo to firstname.lastname@example.org (email must come from your UMW email address to ensure association with the correct student record).
In an effort to support physical distancing and control office crowd volume, the EagleOne Card Center will be available to assist new residential students during move in. Please check back here for dates and times as move in approaches. We are also planning to have open office hours (no appointment necessary) during the week of February 1 to 5, 2021 during regular office hours. EagleOne will be converting its in office operations to appointment only. Appointment scheduling will begin on February 8, 2021, to accommodate for distribution requirements during move in and the first week of classes. Please note that EagleOne adheres to UMW’s MMDC policy and will only allow one individual in the office at a time.
This helps us to promote campus space standards and protect you and our employees. Please complete our online form to request an appointment. Don’t forget, many of our features can be handled remotely, like Laundry and Vending Issues, Deposits, and some card malfunctions. If you’re not sure, email us at email@example.com.
