
EagleOne: Your Campus Credentials!
The EagleOne Card is issued to all members of the University Community and is the official identification card of University of Mary Washington. It is your key to access, meal plans, libraries, the Fitness Center, & EagleOne debit account.
New Students
New students will receive a link sent to their UMW email address to submit a photo online. Please review the photo submission guidelines prior to doing so. Alternatively, you can stop by the EagleOne Card Center during normal office hours to have your photo taken and ID printed. A physical government-issued photo ID is required for verification when picking-up the EagleOne card. A picture of a license will not be accepted. If you are a new student who did not receive a link to submit a photo online, please contact our office.
August Weekend Move-In Hours
The EagleOne Card Center will be open for limited hours on certain weekend dates in August to accommodate students moving in on campus.
Saturday, August 15th: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
Sunday, August 16th: 9:00 AM – 1:00 PM
Saturday, August 22nd: 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

When You Pick Up Your EagleOne Campus ID Card:
Please remember to bring your government-issued photo ID with you to pick up your EagleOne.
New and continuing Students that need a campus card can stop by the EagleOne Card Center during our normal office hours. If you submitted a photo online, look for an approval email prior to visiting the office.
We require a valid, government issued, photo ID when obtaining your EagleOne card. UMW only accepts a physical ID. We do not accept pictures of an ID. Please visit the DMV website for information on obtaining a photo ID.
Don’t forget, many of our services can be handled remotely: reporting Laundry issues, reporting Vending Issues, making online Deposits, and some card malfunctions. If you’re not sure, email the EagleOne office.
Lost or Stolen Cards:
Report all lost or stolen cards immediately to the police (x1025) AND invalidate online at the online card office, or in person at the EagleOne Card Center during normal business hours.
