Customer Service

Do you need help with your EagleOne Campus ID Card? Submit a customer service request form to our office describing your issue. EagleOne will reach out you as soon as possible during regular office hours Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm from eagleone@umw.edu with assistance. Some requests may require you to come to the office, however, many things can be solved remotely. Please report all vending and laundry issues through their separate portals. This form is not to be used for deposits. DO NOT send any bank account or credit cards numbers through this form or over email. Entries that are submitted with bank account or credit card information will be immediately deleted and not receive a response.
