UMW Apartments

Upgrades for the UMW Apartments happen building by building, and apartment building 7 is slated for renovations in 2025-26. The project will includes replacing and upgrading the electrical, water and sewer infrastructure. Building 7 is offline during the year, with renovations scheduled to be completed by the end of the academic year. A section of the parking lot in front of building 7 is reserved to allow placement of a construction dumpster and material deliveries.
