E-Refunds

E-Refunds are the safe and easy way to receive your Student Account refund directly into your bank account. If you are not enrolled in e-Refunds, your student account refund will be issued as a paper check and sent to your UMW mailbox, unless you are an Eagle Landing resident. If you live at Eagle Landing, you may pick up your check at the Eagle Landing front desk.

  • Sign up today and automatically be entered into a monthly prize drawing for $10 on your EagleOne card or a reserved parking spot for an entire month!
  1. Log in to Banner SSB with your NetID and Password
  2. Click on Direct Deposit
  3. Go to the Accounts Payable Deposit section
  4. Click on Add New
  5. Complete the requested information, including your bank routing number and account number
  6. Click Save New Deposit
