Designated Signers for the President

Mr. Richard V. Hurley, President, gives the following individuals the authority to sign for the President (Agency Head) in his absence:

Dr. Martin Wilder (PRESIDENT’S CABINET MEMBER), Chief of Staff, and

Mr. Richard Pearce (PRESIDENT’S CABINET MEMBER), Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer.

 

Mr. Richard V. Hurley, President, has designated the following people to sign Administrative documents, such as Business Meal Approval Forms and Request for Travel Forms, that require the signature of the “President or designee.” Use the person listed below who is appropriate for your department. (NOTE: This list is NOT the list for employees who are authorized to sign contracts. Contract signing authority is handled by Purchasing. Mr. Richard Pearce (PRESIDENT’S CABINET MEMBER), Vice President for Administration and Finance and Chief Financial Officer, further designates authority to:

Ms. Allyson Moerman, Associate Vice President for Finance and Controller, to sign for Administration and Finance, and as the Agency Fiscal Officer, can sign any Business and Finance Forms for the President’s Cabinet Members

Mr. Justin Webb, Acting Vice President for Information Technologies and Chief Information Officer, to sign for Information Technologies

Dr. Ian Newbould (PRESIDENT’S CABINET MEMBER), Interim Provost, further designates signing authority to:
