Temporary Parking Request

This form is for Temporary Parking reservations only. If you would like to permanently reserve a space within a lot please use the PERMANENT RESERVATION REQUEST FORM.

Please submit request at least five (5) business days in advance
Once the request has been received by Parking Management, it will be reviewed
The Parking Management Office will notify the requester of the decision

A valid department FOAP is required to complete the parking reservation. Sign production for reservations is completed by the UMW Copy Center. The production cost is $1.00 per sign, which is charged back to the requesting department’s FOAP.
