From June 26, 2026–July 1, 2026 all Summer Session decals must be purchased in person and citation appeals must be submitted via email to UMW Parking Management, as the FlexPort online feature will be offline for UMW’s scheduled fiscal year-end processing. We apologize for any inconvenience. To purchase a decal please come to the EagleOne and Parking Services Office during regular customer service hours Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.

The UMW Parking Management Office is responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient use of parking resources.
Regulations will be enforced on a year round schedule. The university is granted the authority under the Code of Virginia Sections 23.1-1301 and 2.2-4800 to issue citations and collect fines.

All UMW students, faculty, and staff bringing a vehicle to campus must have a current decal. Vehicles must park in campus lots consistent with their decal status. See lot designation table located on student page.
