The University of Mary Washington’s active formal solicitations are posted on the eVA Virginia Business Opportunities (VBO) website. It is the prospective bidder/offeror’s responsibility to ensure that the entire solicitation package, in its latest version (including attachments or addenda), is reviewed prior to submitting a response. Questions pertaining to specific solicitations must be addressed to the Buyer named in the solicitation, not the Contract Administrator. If you experience difficulty in downloading files, please call 540-654-1127 for assistance.
Note: If bids or proposals are scheduled to be received during a period of suspended university business operations, the rescheduled bid receipt and opening will take place at the same time on the next regular business day.
All Invitations for Bid, Requests for Proposals, sole source award notices, and emergency award notices shall be posted on the DGS central electronic procurement system, commonly known as eVA VBO. Please go to the eVA VBO website to view all open solicitations currently accepting bids or proposals.
