General Terms & Conditions

The University’s Mandatory General Terms and Conditions apply to all procurements. Any exceptions taken to these terms must be negotiated between the vendor and UMW’s legal counsel.

Purchase Order Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders issued by the University. Any exceptions taken must be negotiated with Procurement Services.

Hosted Technology Services Addendum

The University may contract with vendors to deliver hosted/cloud-based applications and services for the benefit of campus users. If these services transmit, process or store University data, the vendor may be asked to accept and sign UMW’s Hosted Technology Services Addendum.
