eVA is a state mandated web-based e-Procurement tool that was designed for, and is used by, all agencies in the Commonwealth of Virginia . It is designed to facilitate, integrate and streamline the entire procurement process by:

    • Direct entry of Purchase Orders and Change Orders
    • Approval flows
    • Punch-Out Catalog orders
    • Use of Small Purchase Charge Card (SPCC)
    • Integration with the Banner ERP system
