Overview & Recommendations The consultant’s report, 2016 Great Colleges Survey, provides an overview of how UMW Faculty and Staff responded to survey questions, summarizes the ‘Top 10 Statements’ and the ‘Bottom 10 Statements’, and provides several recommendations.
UMW Forum: Discussion Road-map
Your ongoing feedback and participation will guide our joint efforts to support the success and engagement of all faculty and staff.  Open forums are scheduled to give UMW Faculty and Staff an opportunity to share their thoughts, suggestions, and other feedback about the initiative.  The forums are scheduled for:

Leadership Council Recommendation to President Continuing the process of reviewing information collected, and developing action plans for implementation, the President’s Leadership Team participated in an afternoon-long workshop where they focused on survey results, feedback, and and beginning the development of an action plan.  The meeting concluded after the group presented their recommendations to the President.
